That can be achievable through the help of individuals such as yourself insha'Allah to help point out inappropriate profile pictures, groups, forum discussions, etc... that contradict the teachings of Quran, Sunnah, and the way of our beloved Sahabaa... I hope this answers your question. I sure hope you invite other brothers and sisters such as yourself who also see a need for such monitoring of online activity :D
